Deck count and blackjack strategy
A six-deck label is only part of a rule set. Learn which settings the supplied chart supports and when another reference is needed.
Four, six and eight decks
The supplied charts follow the published four-to-eight-deck total-dependent strategy family. They support dealer S17/H17, DAS on/off and late surrender on/off with a dealer peek. Six or eight decks alone does not identify all those settings. Keep the full rule line visible.
Multi-deck strategy analysis ↗Single-deck and double-deck games
Do not relabel this chart for one or two decks. Those games can have different marginal decisions and composition-dependent exceptions. The linked strategy reference offers separate rule choices. This edition explains the distinction but does not ship a single- or double-deck decision matrix.
Rule-dependent strategy reference ↗European and no-hole-card rules
Whether added double/split stakes can be lost to a dealer blackjack affects decisions. A no-hole-card game is not supported by the supplied peek-game matrices. Check the actual rule, not only a regional name, before using another chart.
Record the full rules
Record deck count, dealer soft-17 rule, blackjack payout, double restrictions, DAS, surrender timing, peek/no-hole-card and split-ace rules. If the game has special bonuses or altered outcomes, use its dedicated analysis. This checklist is a compatibility check, not an operator recommendation.
